I drew this for my website, Mega Man Legends Station, where it used to be displayed as the home page's welcoming image when using the site's "Classic" style theme. The idea was to represent the Station as an actual place in the Legends world, where community members and game characters could metaphorically interact. Originally in 2008 the scene had no airships or NPCs. I added those eventually, but that was an extremely busy era in my life, and I never got around to fleshing things out further with boats and the Balcon Gelede out on the water, and so on, as I'd originally envisioned.
