This was for one of GMOTM's many events, in which letters and images were collected from fans to remind Capcom (once again) how much we want Mega Man Legends 3. I wrote a letter, and this was the image attached to it. If I remember correctly, this was also one of my earliest attempts at using a drawing tablet.
